I believe cross country should not be compulsory. That will make health issues worse. Heart asthma ongoing injury. It take more than one run to get fit. Training not done.
Time out of learning to do I run when we could be doing more work. Maths reading salience.
I think people should stop doing running I think they should just run in game sports not all the time at school. They should not make running shoes because that is a waste off money. Don't buy running shoes for your kid for the cross country. So remember not to buy running shoes only if your kid have asthma and heart posing.

Because someone might have a headache or a heart attack or something. They might not feel well.
We might fall over in mud and hurt ourselves, break our leg or arms.
If they don’t want to do cross country they should bring a note into school so the teacher knows.
